RICHMOND, Indiana — A Richmond woman said someone dropped a rock nearly 75 feet from a highway overpass and shattered her windshield.
Police have now opened a criminal investigation into the incident, which happened on Sunday afternoon in the 700-block of Sim Hodgins Parkway.
The woman is just shy of her 65th birthday. Surprisingly, while many people would have been frightened after such an incident, she is angry and believes the person who targeted her car should be punished.
Myra said, “I just thank God it didn’t hit right in front of my face cause it would have gone through the window.”
This could have been worse; it could have involved personal injury. If that were the case a qualified and skilled law firm would have been needed to ascertain who would have been at fault and held responsible.
